Do you know what I've realized from all these outfit posts? I am incredibly pigeon toed! Who knew! Also, please excuse my dorky pose...Mom wanted me to pretend I had a lasso, but I opted for Rodeo Queen (as usual).
Levi's curvy 528s, Marshall's; Buffalo plaid shirt, Delia*s; Jeffrey Campbell boots, The Rack; Green woven belt, Target?; Self made necklace; Indian bangle, thrifted; Liz Claiborne earrings, Meier and Frank
And here is what I wore for the titanic failure that was last night's benefit. Ugh. But I loved the outfit! This dress is amazing...I found it in the Hospital Auxiliary thrift shop in my hometown when I was still in high school. Its from the 70s, and the label is in Korean. I have thrifted a lot of Korean tailored pieces over the years, and they seem to be the only clothes that REALLY fit my very petite frame. I can hardly wait for fall each year, so that I can wear this beauty (its very warm! a wool/poly blend, I think.).
Vintage tweed dress, thrifted; Crocheted tights, Urban Outfitters; Irregular Choice boots, Modcloth; AWESOME snake bracelet, Target.
P.S. Today was much, much better, for several reasons, not the least of which was that I slept in til noon and had leftover thai for breakfast. Also, no more events to plan until January! Hurrah!
